Drive file delivery
b2blead.ai can copy files submitted through a client's published forms into a folder in the Google Drive account that an authorized administrator connects.
What the connection does
The integration creates and manages a dedicated b2blead-form-uploads folder and its configured subfolders. It uploads files received through forms into those locations for the client.
It uses the narrow drive.file permission. It does not browse, read, modify, or delete unrelated files in the connected account.
Information used
We store the connected account email, granted scope, app-created folder identifiers, connection status, and an encrypted OAuth refresh token. Form files and their delivery metadata are processed only to provide the configured file-delivery feature.
Your control
A b2blead.ai administrator can disconnect the integration at any time. B2Blead removes its stored credential, pauses queued deliveries and requests revocation from Google. Disconnection does not confirm that Google has completed revocation or recall files already delivered to Drive; those files remain under the connected account's control.
