Marketing consent is separate from the required Terms of Service and Privacy Notice acknowledgement. Leaving the marketing box unticked will not affect signup, account access, or the service you receive.

If you opt in, we may use your name, business email address, company, communication preferences, and engagement with our messages to select and deliver relevant b2blead.ai communications. The lawful basis for these optional emails is your consent, unless another lawful basis is clearly identified and permitted by applicable law.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@b2blead.ai. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we continue to respect your choice not to receive marketing. We will not send optional marketing emails until each message has a working unsubscribe mechanism.

Contracted email-delivery and infrastructure providers may process the limited data needed to send and manage these messages. Any international processing and applicable safeguards are described in our Privacy Notice.
