Connected service
Inbound email leads
An authorized client administrator can connect a Gmail inbox so b2blead.ai can identify new customer enquiries and create email-sourced leads in that client's CRM.
What the connection does
Email-to-lead processing is off by default. When an administrator enables it, b2blead.ai periodically reads recent inbox messages, suppresses non-enquiries, and stores the messages and classification results for review. Messages classified as customer enquiries are promoted into the CRM.
The connection also supports optional, user-facing CRM workflows that create a Gmail draft or send an authorized follow-up message.
Information used
Depending on enabled features, we process the connected email address, message and thread identifiers, sender details, subject, snippet, message body, newly authored draft or send text, timestamps, and draft/send results. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
When AI classification is enabled, sender details, subject, snippet, and up to 6,000 characters of the message body may be sent to our configured AI inference provider solely to classify the message as a prospective enquiry or a non-lead. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
Your control
Administrators can keep inbox scanning disabled, review recent decisions, manually promote a stored email, or disconnect Gmail. B2Blead disables the connection, removes its stored credential and requests revocation from Google. This stops new scheduled inbox scans; it does not confirm Google's revocation or cancel work already in progress. Previously imported messages and CRM records remain subject to retention and deletion controls.
